Football Pool Rules
The Goal
Accumulate the most points by picking a weekly Winner Against the Spread for ONE game from among all NCAA and NFL football games each week.
- 1 point for a correct ATS pick
- 0.5 points for a tie against the spread
- 0 points for an incorrect pick
The Season
- 23 weeks — from Week 1 college games (Aug 29, 2026) through the NFL Conference Championships (Jan 31, 2027)
- Each pool week covers games kicking off between noon Wednesday through 11 PM Monday (all times Pacific)
- NCAA regular season, conference championship, bowl, CFP, and NFL regular season + playoff games are all included
Making Your Pick
- Select ONE game from any NCAA or NFL matchup that week
- Choose the winner Against The Spread (ATS)
- Spreads are locked at noon Wednesday Pacific each week — that's the spread used for grading, regardless of when you submit
- You may change your pick anytime before the deadline
ATS Example
Sat 8/29 — North Carolina +6.5 at TCU
If you pick TCU as the winner ATS, TCU must win by 7 or more points for you to get a point.
If you pick North Carolina, UNC must either win outright or lose by 6 or fewer for you to get a point.
